lake of woods chip?

My buddie is nice enough to let me use his 2008 lakemaster chip -- Just wondering if the 2009 -- if there is one -- is it ANY major differences?

If it is the LOW chip, then no. Although I've heard the shallow water areas are defined differently, but I'm mot sure if this is on every lake, or just the new ones.

If you are talking the MN chip in general, then yes. More lakes

Yep, outside of more lakes on the general chip, there aren't any real major differences.

I haver the new 09 MN chip and love it -- just not sure if there was a 09 LOW chip and if there was a difference? Sounds like there isn't a new chip?

There is a new '09 LM chip for LOTW, they shaded the shallow water areas, added high def maps for the southern portion of the canadian side of LOTW, added Kabetogama, etc.

As perch said - now Whitefish Bay is in high def 1 foot contours
