Curse of the cottonwoods

Man I hate the fuzz from those cottonwood trees! The stuff welds to your line better than any knot you could tie.

To bad we can't train the emerald ash beetle to take those out instead.

Also a big issue fishing catfish on the river. One needs to claen their line often.

Is there a monetary value to cottonwood trees? We were wondering that the other day. They grow so strait, and so tall, there has to be a lumber value to them.

But you guys are right. Those seads get into and onto everything. Fishing line, reels, intakes, they all get packed.

I will spend the months of june and july cleaning fins and coils on rooftops. The cotton wood seeds get in there and eliminate the airflow thus tripping out the units.

I have three huge ones in my backyard. If anyone wants free firewood give me a call...you can come cut 'em all down. Messiest, dirtiest trees around---year around!!
