Also you can pre-register at Arnies Bar in Shakopee tonight from 6:30-8:30 pm where you will recieve a control item. A cell phone number will be required if you pre-register. A mass text will be sent out friday night about 6:30pm, at which time you will be given a number code to "activate" your control item that needs to be written on the control item.

This notice is 11th hour for some but I hope we get a few of you catters to join.

Is it 25 per person or party?

Its per person Dtro, yea it might be alittle steep but its all donation, and good cause. If you want to give more be my guest. Last years 1st annual raised \$800. We have already topped that with our beer bust for the event. We have a number of prizes as well, most if not all should receive some prize.

And as far as going out solo that is fine as well as long as you get a decent photo with you and the fish/control item.

I'm 75% sure that I planned to do this. Need to talk to John tonight.

Man, I would go but my wife is working evening shift and I can't make it. Maybe if the kid hadn't come home sick from daycare today I could take him somewhere but I'm going to be busy as it is.

Good luck everyone.

I would really think about doing this but I am boatless until next week. I am a sucker when it comes to a good cause, catfishing and prizes.

Good luck to all that enter.

Is it worth fishing from shore in this thing?

Is it worth fishing from shore in this thing?

asks the guy with some really nice cats this year from shore

Sounds like we are in.

See you guys out there tonight.

Dtro you gonna fish with no bait tonight ???

To be honest, I know that John and Brian both need a slumpbuster, and I didn’t want to catch it for them, so I secretly just tossed my line out and pretended to be fishing.

I was even nice enough to let them beat me at poker all night. You know I must be in a good mood when I do that, I take my poker seriously.

Even in doing that, Brian still had to find out he had a fish on only because we decided to move spots and he was forced to reel in.

I mean come on, fishing without bait AND letting you win at poker isn’t enough, now I have to reel it in for you?

[\end sarcasm]

Espeacially the high stake type like you guys were playing

Hey, those plastic cable ties aren't cheap. The big ones are even worth double.

Shack, there will be a base camp again this year, for those people that do not have a boat or just want to fish from shore with a larger group. It was a awesome time last year at base camp. Not as many fish as those who moved from spot to spot in a boat, but we still caught fish. If you are interested there will be a boat at Shakopee landing that will take people to and from base camp.

Thanks.

I don't understand?

I am thinking you meant kids stuff?

We have not had any kids yet. I think there is a door prize or two that is for kids, though.

• As dumb as this sounds how is this done?
• Try a compression check. And make sure the choke is opening all the way.
• They are not the best out their but for the price and your average person not too bad I guess, Its going to send lead to where its pointed. This is probably what is going to happen he is going to buy a package shoot it for awhile then start upgrading everything to how he wants it and it is going to end up costing way more than if he just built one himself how he wants it.
• Hello, well I convinced my brother in-law to pick up my buddies old 1980 185 although pretty sure he said it was bored out to a 200? Here is the deal it's been sitting for a solid 8 years. I know it ran fine before. Not the delema-----   It starts right up (he bought a new carb odd amazon) although it sounds like a jet with high rpms. Looked at the throttle cable that's fine. Floats are fine. So he plugged this hole in the air filter and got it to idle down although when he hit the gas wouldn't get any power. Read a few things online and they tell you to just bypass the filter box and all that so back to amazon we went to get one of those filters that mount right up to the carb and it's still the same issue..   I just haven't seen anything like this? Do you guys have any thoughts or tricks that we/he could try?! Thanks in advance
• Hi Everyone,  I'm looking into buying my first true fish finder and I'm a little perplex with the mapping card situation.  I'm looking at Humminbird Helix 5's and 7's.  I'm drawn to the autochart feature.  From my understanding, you can record 8 hours of charting onto the internal storage, but, is there any native mapping included on the unit or do I absolutely have to get some sort of mapping chip, zerolines or lake master, or navionics?  Can I store data on a blank SD card?  I've been researching this a lot and haven't found any conclusive answers. Thanks everyone!
• Saul Good, Man.....  LOL
•   When do the not so rare Highjack birds show up?  Oh ah.
