If you're looking at the Revos, check out the Pflueger Patriarch. It doesn't get as much hype as the Abu's, but it's a fantastic reel.

I give another vote for the new curado... it is a very nice reel for the money and will last a long time.

I also vote for the curado e series. Been using one since April and love it. I think the citica e is a great reel as well. Gonna get rid of my old green curado b reels with the new smaller shimano e series reels.

I vote for Curado E-Series. This is my first year using a baitcaster and I am really happy that I bought a Curado. Its really to bad that there is no fish on the moon, since I can almost cast there with the Curado E.

I have a Summit for my high speed reel, The only complaint form me on the Summit is the latch to take the cover off to get to the centrifugal break. Pushing down hard on a small button and trying to turn the plate with little to nothing to hold onto with wet hands is imposable. At least the mag break is easy to get to.

Are the Revo's and the Pfluegers made in the same place? And I do beleave you can get parts for Pfluegers!
