Take my pain meds and it is just a matter of time before I take a nap it seems so still bored I decide to setup the blind and shoot some of the house birds under the blazing sun.

I really like the first one, due to the behavioral characteristic. It appears your gold finches have a way to go. Ours are much prettier.

Like all of them although that male cardinal giving you the eagle-eye is sure unique, to me anyway. Keep telling yourself: Naps are my friend!

I really like the cardinal in the second photo. Looks like he could use a pedicure, though. I didn't realize that cardinals had such long claws.
