Just got back from a jaunt down I-35. It looked like everything below Rock Creek was open. Snake RIver in Pine City was mostly open. Running water up to Carlton county was open.

i look at clearwater near Annandale tonight and there is enough that is gone that I can get a boat in so I think I am going for a little boat ridt tomorrow and try out my Lowrance x67 in my boat for the 1st time yay

Its already here, plenty of lakes around the metro have been open. Took the boat out Saturday for the first time this year on west metro lake! No fish though.

I am back and forth to the cities a few times a month, always opens up down there way sooner then up here.
