Careful on how you choose and consider getting one that tilts.

I have my LCD 20" on a shelf in my bedroom and after setting it all up, I noticed I couldnt see the picture while laying on my bed. lol. The picture is dark if you arent looking head on.

I got the one for my 46" at Walmart. Mine is a fixed flat or can fix tilt 5 degrees. You're going to want to tilt it down. If you wanna go side to side and look at wally world they are around $100. Menards had them all on sale last week.

Some of the cheaper LCDs have bad viewing angles. You need to be straight on to see them well. The higher end ones have a pretty good viewing angle. I think mine is like 178 degrees or something.

As for mounts I would check Wal-Mart, Sams, or Menards. The Best Buy ones are ridiculously priced just like their HDMI cables.

I will admit that the one in my bedroom is just a cheapy. I didnt think I would use it all that much and decided to save a few bucks.

I have a 46? inch in my living room that has a good picture from whatever angle.

I guess I would suggest looking at the picture in every possible angle before buying the mount
