The episode was more of a clencher than a laugher. Jim's backfiring prank and attempted apologies. Micheal fighting the system in his own way (He skipped the Ace ventura talking butt! This is serious.) Angela trying to hit that. The PPC getting the axe. But the best line, of course from Micheal:

"Charles Minor is here to see you."

"Minor? I just met her."
