King Quad wont turn over?

Went out to run my 700 King Quad today, and all it did was Buzz. Is the starter stuck? The Batt. is fine, lights work great. It justs makes a loud buzzing noise. Any quick fix?? Its parked in a warm garage!

I would put a charger on it just to make sure its not the battery.

I have a batt. maintainer on all the time. Its a brand new batt. Its not the clicking sound like when the batt. is low. Its a steady buzzing sound?

I'll second the charge the battery comment. I've heard some people have had battery issues with Kingquads, most of the problems are from dealers prepping the batteries incorrectly. I've got an 05 Kingquad and I'm still on the original battery which is still doing well.

Well my cables were a bit lose! Put the big charger on and it started right up. thought I had them tight enough, but guess not! Thanks!!

I had the same problem. There is a recall on the ignition switch. Bring it in to your dealer. There is actually a second recall on the orginal recall. So make sure you get the newest version. This will 100% solve the problem.

With the usual rough bouncing around that a quad goes through it can be very easy to end up with loose cable connections or problems like that... It happens to everybody sooner or later...

if was alittle loose it couldve got alittle corrison on the underside of the connector that presses against the battery, id take em off and wire brush just to be sure.
