bangNbulls
Hi,I'm Preparing for my DL trip at the end of January and I'm wondering what I need to buy. What's your must-have perch lure? If you could only take ONE lure fishing for perch, what would it be? thanks. mike
Jeff Dosch
Genz worms in a selection of colors. If your going to be fishing deep water and you probably will be, make sure to bring a dropper rig to help get your Genz worm down fast.jeff Doschwww.doschguides.com
deadstick
I use Halis for a search lure most often, or if they're aggressive. I also like teardrop jigs if you're set up using a deadstick. Of course, the previous poster fishes at least 10x as much as me, so I'd take his advice first.
marine_man
Jigging spoons, dropper rigs, jigging shad raps, in a variety of sizes is a good place to start.marine_man

marine_man
1/4 and 3/8 for size... forage minnow should work fine as well... Bring both kinds of bait, but typically minnow headsmarine_man
