new led light idea

I bought two of the 48 LED lights from northern. They work awesome in my 2 man portable. One would've been fine, but two is great, especially when tying lines or whatever. I would say you could get about 20hrs on a set of batteries for sure. Plus you can buy rechargables so you don't have to buy stock in a battery company.

I finally got my Best king Kong lites installed in my house and took it to Lake of the Woods this past weekend.

I was fortunate enough to the lights arrive at my house in good condition, and made sure they were warm before un-coiling them. I put them in my house and the worked great. Plenty bright (I put a 48 cm light on the front pole of my otter lodge and a 96 cm light on the pole overhead, and a 12 cm light on the back pole to use when packing up so I can see what's in the tub).

All in all I'm a satisfied customer.
