Buckshot37
Just bought a new Abu Garcia Cardinal 300 and I think Im gonna throw it on my older Genz stick. Anyone use this real for pannies with light line?
muc33
I do you have the 300u? I love the Abu Cardinal line and it is my go to reel. I fish many 100u and the 300 series on my panfish rods. I abu-solutely love them. Man was that cheesy or what! In all seriousness, I have almost exclusivly put Abu Cardinals on my panfish rods. From sight rods to my Jason Mitchel spring bobber and meatstick. I have them on my Genz ultralight lightning rods in the 17 inch version too and love them.. For my larger walley rods I use the 101 or 300 series as well, a little larger reel that I interchange with my open water jigging poles. Esox_Magnum
I have a couple 100U and 300U's good reels. I think they are spooled with 2# for gills and perch.
