shore lunch gets too pasty when the slightly wet fillets hit it! i like the Zanarans stuff . only one flavor, easy to get on the fillet and tastes amazing . best with a cold one of course!

I roll them in flour, then beaten eggs, then roll them in instant potatoe flakes. Cheap, easy, and tasty.
