fishinchicks
The whole series is awesome. The Bald Eagle is such a majestic bird. Sure glad it is our "official" bird instead of a turkey!

Royce Aardahl
The whole series is awesome. The Bald Eagle is such a majestic bird. Sure glad it is our "official" bird instead of a turkey! Hey, turkeys are cool too! Wild ones that is. It's fun to watch them take off and then fly up into a tree to perch for the night.
yakfisher
Nice work gentlemen. Those shots are crisp Steve. Ken, I hope someday I'll have to back up to get a whole eagle in the frame great job. And send those eagles down to the rest of us.

2thepointsetters
Are the pics from the road kill deer west of Babbitt? There has been an eagle there for a few days picking at the carcass.
Steve Foss
No this was a few miles in the other direction from Ely. But anywhere up here you find a road kill this time of year it'll likely have eagles on it. Especially once they water freezes up it's road kill that keeps eagles here in winter.
