Hornady A-Max Bullets hunting deer?

Has anyone on here used these for deer hunting? What kind of damage did they do? Thanks for your help. I have 308 in 168 grain match grade A-Max.

I couldn't find the exact info but for some reason I am thinking these are varmit/target bullets that are built to break apart rather than penetrate. I would not use them for deer hunting.

Don't use the A-MAX for hunting. It was designed as a target bullet.
