Shore Birds at the Gulf of Mexico.

Ok, now I shall start posting many of the birds I photographed while in Florida last week. These birds are on sand not snow. I realize it looks just like snow to us though. Since I was the guy with the smallest lense in the crowd 100-400L I had to take what I was allowed. Those guys from the National Audobon Society had some fantastic scopes etc. It was fun haning out with a bunch of guys who write bird books for a living.

Nice work. The snowy plover in the snowy sand and the pelican portrait are my favorites.

Very nice work under some difficult exposure conditions! The snowy plover is excellent. Also like the pelican portrait!
