Gulf De Papagayo - Costa Rica

Just returned from the Honeymoon in Costa Rica. Had the oportunity to go fishing in the Gulf De Papgayo last week on board the "Joy Toy". We managed to catch 7 Mahi-Mahi and one Bonita fish. This was my first time out on the Pacific Ocean and it was a blast. Thought my fellow FM's might enjoy a few photo's.

Great stuff! What a great trip all around! Costa Rica is one of my favorite places to visit, where on the Pacific side were you?

We stayed at a resort called the Grand Papagayo (all inclusive). It is located just north of Coco Beach. The same bay that they are opening a huge marina scheduled to open in January.

I believe that is by Libera? I've been to Lake Arenal and the Arenal National Park and the volcano in that part of CR but that is one of the few areas in I've not visited. As I recall that is in the heart of sea turtle nesting beaches? Next trip I guess, looks like a beautiful area.
