My vote goes to Lou Kennedy JR. out of Winnepeg MB. I'll keep my comments to myself seings how this is a family site, but man I sure don't like that dude! What an arrogant jack&$%!!!!

I agree with Lou. I would see him at national go kart events throughout the U.S. and if his kids didn't win, boy it was sad as they got their liitle butts chewed rather bad in public. Lou would have the kids crying it was that bad.
