I thought Paris might be starting to like the puppy a little as he let her lie on the dog bed in the pen with him (as long as she doesn't touch him, it's OK). But, later on he made it clear that any sticks found in the yard and beyond are his and his only:

I'm starting to feel like a 24/7 entertainment director keeping these dogs happy. This was at about 1 a.m. after I couldn't stand the puppy's screeching any longer. This is her five minutes later ...
