The Hammer
I use knuckle ball jigs a lot they are great when using plastics and they cut through the water better.

Northlander
I really like the knuckle balls when draging jigs or working them real slow. I like the flat sided ones in current and the round in slower water or when I want a nice slow drop. The way the hook is bent they work good on plastics but put a dab of crazy glue on the end of the plastic and tuck it up on the head and it keeps them on the hook better in current and when in weeds. fishguyd
Hard to say what the best jig is, they are all good in certain situations/depths etc. The best jig is any jig in the right spot. Good Luck
Sportland_Bait
I have three favorites that I use 99% of the time while jig fishing. The Northland Fireball is the best jig for vertical fishing with livebait. If I know that I will have no use for a stinger I will use the short shank bait jig from Gopher tackle. They are very similar in shape and size to the Fireball but it does not have the extra eye for the stinger hook. For pitching with live bait or plastics I just love the Fin-Tech Knuckleball. These three choices have great hooks and paint that is unbeatable.Jason Erlandson
