2 Cardinals

We have 3 young males and one female around most of the time. Popped this picture this morning.

Took a picture of a woodpecker and a nuthatch too.

I love the cardinals. Great shot. It still looks like fall with all of those oak leaves hanging around.

Nice shots. We haven't seen too many bird photos with leaves in the background, at least recently anyway.

They sure are stubborn. My white oaks wait until I get everything else raked up then they fall. The red oaks are even worse. My Dad has a tree that doesn't drop any til spring.

Pretty pics, eyeguy.

Lots of oaks keep leaves brown and crinkly all winter and don't drop them until the buds start to pop in early spring. I kind of like that. As though they refuse to give up.
