Royce Aardahl
We have 3 young males and one female around most of the time. Popped this picture this morning. Took a picture of a woodpecker and a nuthatch too.
mmeyer
I love the cardinals. Great shot. It still looks like fall with all of those oak leaves hanging around.
Royce Aardahl
Thanks, those Oak leaves are very stubborn.
MN Shutterbug
Nice shots. We haven't seen too many bird photos with leaves in the background, at least recently anyway.
mmeyer
They sure are stubborn. My white oaks wait until I get everything else raked up then they fall. The red oaks are even worse. My Dad has a tree that doesn't drop any til spring.
Royce Aardahl
This one will drop in a couple 3 weeks.
Steve Foss
Pretty pics, eyeguy. Lots of oaks keep leaves brown and crinkly all winter and don't drop them until the buds start to pop in early spring. I kind of like that. As though they refuse to give up.
