Here's a B.A.S.S. tournament from 1988. I thought this was pretty cool to see what it was like when I was only 1 years old. There's four parts, this is just the fisrt one. Check it out!

I'm not sure whether they will keep this up becuase it has a link in the post, but we'll try.

its crazy the tecq that has come into this world. I like how they were out there throwing bouys out with the cement blocks. It still is kinda the same all around but yet different as well. Its crazy to see how things have changed.

That was a megabucks tournament... which is quite different than a normal bass tournament.. I really enjoyed the megabucks format to having to fish different parts of the lake..

On a side note, I am pretty sure I fished my first bass tournament in 1988..LOL(with a birthday this week, this just helps me to realize that i am getting old.. )

I saw the title of the post and thought to myself, "well, if you're really wondering, I guess I can tell you..." \:\)

Cheers,

St.croix, man what a blast from the past! I can remember watching those specials on T.V., it came on between Virgil Ward and W.W.F. Gary Klein and Brauer looked like little kids. Twenty years later and you still see some of these guys at the top of the list.
