I would double check on the trout stamp, unless they changed that in the last few days.

Looks like they changed the trout stamp also I just saw in a DNR link. I just read an article in ODN about the trout stamp.

I don't think it is a big deal at all as you can still buy a new 2008 license which would be good until April 30, 2009.

It's not a big deal to me either, but I don't have to deal with all the calls and emails that I'm sure the DNR is receiving concerning the expiration date of the fishing license. Just look at all the discussion that has been going on here at FM.

I read it right on the DNR's web site and still called to verify the date shown on the web site was correct.
