running deer

I was out in North Dakota coyote hunting this weekend and we ran into multiple herds of hundreds of whitetails. The coyotes were running right with the deer so you had to be extra careful when you would shoot. There was no yotes with this bunch so I grabbed my camera instead of the gun.

Nice shot. Sounds like they're congregating in the windswept fields like they usually do in late winter to get what leftovers they can from harvest.
