posting pictures

i know this is out of place but i'm new to the site and I'm wondering how you insert photos from your computer into a post on here? thanks guys.

You need to use a Web hosting site. I personally use ImageShack. The site is very simple, free, and doesn't require an account or email address. Ok, once you go to the site you use the "Browse button". Find your pic and host it. You will have to experiment with size. Too big of pics, will slow other user's computers. From there copy and paste the hotlink address to your post. You will want to preview your post before submitting. Look at size and make sure you copied the right address that these forums recognize.

If you are a comcast subscriber check out online storage. They give you 25 megs of storage so you can host your own photos.
