Marcum does it again

After reading several different posts about problems with the Marcum LX3 such as having to turn up the gain to see lures and having interference with other units I decided to contact Marcum. I got a return authorization number and dropped it off in person on Monday about 1100. On Tuesday about 1:30 I got a call that it was ready. I got the true color upgrade, listed problems fixed and a new charging unit that I broke along with a new transducer. All of this was done in one trip and for one price. Great service by Marcum once again. Thank You.

How much did you pay? Just wondering because I got one that might need to get a little tune up.

All you have to do is call customer service and get a RMA # and describe your problem. It will cost $49.00 to fix what ever is wrong and if you need the TC upgrade add $20.00. They will not do the TC upgrade by itself right now but there is a waiting list when things slow down. This is what I was told as of 1-28-08 from there CS rep.
