What's some of your favorite body types of these plastics? A lot of them look good.

This might be an FM first... 2 Makiplastics topic at the top of the Ice Fishing Forum.

Makiplastics aren't a secret as a lot of the good Trap Attack competitors fish them, along with the Little Atom plastics that I really like.

I guess IMO... alot of the Makiplastics are more "creature" type plastics with legs, flippers, and tentacles. They do make some simple plastics as well. A couple that I really find appealing are the Drag-n-Mag and the Maki.

Little Atom has a lot of more simple, straight wedge shaped plastics which are a bit more finesse than the creatures. I've really been using a lot of the Little Atom plastics for the last 2 years and I have a world of confidence in the Nuggie plastic in White, Glow, and Pink. Really pretty simple but they work.

When the gills & crappies are on a better bite (falling barometer, good weather patterns, approaching storm), you'll be able to catch them annihilating the little creature plastics. When the fishing is tough however, its tough to stick it out with these plastics as they are much too aggressive IMO. They might run up to them but then they'll sit and look.
