Bulk Jerky Cure/Seasoning??

Just curious if anyone here knows where I could find jerky seasoning and cure in bulk? Save a little on cost since we have alot of game we want to turn into jerky. What is the best kind if we plan on grinding/dehydrating ourselves?

Do a search on Eldon's Meats online. Great place, and they have lots of stuff that can make big batches. If you have any questions, just give them a call, they are great to deal with.

You mentioned big batches - they also have small sample packs for little 5 lb runs so you can 'test drive' a batch without using up a ton of meat/smoker space.

If you don't want to order online Cash Wise, Coborns, and Gander all have seasonings for making sticks and sausage. The come in packs ready to go for 25 pounds of meat. I haven't tried one I didn't like.
