For Sale…6 x 8 Ultra-Shack Permanent Fish House. Four holes, a couple of shelves, three rattle reels, and a very good heater. Not a lot of frills…but very ‘user-friendly’. This was made by Frank’s RV, and has several years of use. The years of use are showing, as this house is a bit dinged up, including a significant dent in one corner. It is, however, structurally sound. It is fairly light…I can easily pull this around with my Honda 250 three-wheeler, and I have manually pushed it around in the yard.

It currently sits on a trailer (not crank-down), and a couple years ago it got frozen in, and in getting it out the trailer got bent up. If this house were to be placed on skids or a crank-down trailer, it would be a great unit. As it stands now, though, it needs some of that work. Card table (which fits very nicely in one corner) included. I’ll let it go for $275. It is currently stored at Denny’s Resort on Winnie.

I have at least three people who have expressed serious interest in buying the house. I have all your e-mails...I need to go through and determine who was 'first in line'. I will let those of you who have expressed interest know ASAP...and I apologize in advance to those who are going to end up left out.

I need to get a hold of Pat up at the resort to arrange the transaction for me...I suspect they are out of town for the holiday.
