I doubt it, I'm sure he'll be around a few more years to frustrate you guy's LOL.

Then again what's left for Jeff in Nascar racing he's by far the BEST in the game today and arguably the best of all time plus he's a multi Gazillionaire throw in a super model wife for desert and it's not a bad gig if you can get it.

He might make the top ten for best of all time. He's got a long ways to go. I watched a show not that long ago and I was suprised how far down the list he really was. I dont think he could ever even crack the top 5.

and some people think the Earnhardt fans are in fairly tale land. grin.gifgrin.gifgrin.gif

The show I watched was ESPN's greatest drivers of all time. Not a regular show by any means. This show was asking past Cup drivers & crew chiefs who they thought were the top drivers, so I would assume some rather knowledgable racing people.

I thought you were talking about another show the way you were talking about how far down the list Gordon was....he's 5th on the list your talking about with all the experts and NUMBER ONE! as far as active drivers of course, this vote was before this year so factoring in passing Dale Sr in Wins plus another great year and maybe another Championship I guess I'd rate him above David Pearson, Bobby Allison and definitely in the top 3.

Guess will wait for the EXPERTS to vote again in a couple years.. smirk.gif
