Early Anterless Permits

Am I reading this right? Top of page 60 of the 2007 Regulations: "Important dates Sept 6, Anterless and Special Permit Area Application deadline." (Special Permit Area Application Deadline) Does this mean the Early Anterless Permits? Up until I read this, I thought I could get an anterless permit in the same way I could get the Bonus permits. It looks like I might be singing the Blues

No, it doesn't mean early antlerless permits. It only means the lottery and special hunt application deadline. That covers only lottery areas and special hunts. You can buy early antlerless permits at any time.

I believe the Sept 6th date is for "lottery" and "special permits" areas. Eary doe does not fall in this catagory. I believe you can buy them like you would a bonus permit.
