Whats the brand name?? What do you need?? and are you sure its 38 watts?? I never heard of a generator so small!!

its a 3800 watt and a generic brand,the motor runs good but does"nt put out any currant.If I knew what the part was called I would have it made,just have to find someone who works on them!

I would think that most any electric motor repair shop could handle it.

You may get lucky but generic brand products are cheaper for a reason they don't offer replacement parts or support other then total replacement under the limited warranty provisions it keeps the production price down and lets them sell the product for less.... hence the term throw a way!

I'd bring it to an electric motor repair shop too.

Thanks guys but I have taken to electric motor shops and no luck. Ill just keep trying till I find someone that works on them.

Thing is you can buy that gen for $300.

You could try an authorized repair center from a Brand name company and hope they have an employee that can do more then just replace parts.
