harvey lee
He was lightning fast in Indy and now the pole. Superman may just win Pocono. I wonder how many poles he will have next year with that fast Hendrick stuff?? He could make the final run only if his equipment holds together. lawdog
One every 171 races, kind of reminds me of that saying about blind squirrels...
harvey lee
But when you dont have much for a car, what can one expect. Next year you will see a different Jr.
PierBridge
Hendrick will make sure JR does not have the best equipment thats for sure.........or atleast that will be one of the many excuse's lined up and ready to go by the JR crowd.
harvey lee
Hendrick has nothing but the best equipment. If he doesnt do well, that will only be his fault. It may take a season to get adjusted but I'll bet that he will have a better year there next year than this season.
Coach Dog
That's funny! Yep 1 pole in years and hasn't won in what, a year and a half? Superman? Maybe I just jinxed him! Pocono's a track though, that if you got a decent car and track position, your chances are great. Just ask Gordon from the spring race!
PierBridge
I was Joking and I also Believe JR will do much better with Hendrick.Of course you need some luck along the way also.Congrats on the Pole!
harvey lee
We know that you are joking. Thats what makes this soooo much fun. Go Gordo.
JohnMickish
So he cuts one fast lap, big deal. There is a big difference between the pole and the trophy, just ask Newman. Heck, even Kenseth gets a pole once in awhile.
LMITOUT
Almost got it today. Nice comeback after spinning out. I'm thinking he spun himself out to get that shock changed...this time he learned from his past mistakes and didn't announce it on the radio. JohnMickish
I was really amazed at how that changed his car. At the end he really had a top 5 car but it was really clear who had the fasted car in Pocono today.
LMITOUT
Without a doubt.
Sifty
On the pole and a second in the race. He really seem to have a good car but I don't think anyone had anything for Busch.Sifty
