IFallsRon
I've been happy with Steam Brothers.
GotOne
Use steam (hot water extraction). If you can. make sure the cleaning technician has an IICRC cleaning certification. These folks have to get certified for cleaning and go through continuing education, so they usually know their stuff. In fact, Shaw Industries, the largest manufacturer of carpet states in their warranty info that you have to use an IICRC certified cleaner. Look for the IICRC logo in the yellow pages ad.
