Rope-A-Boat

Sandmannd

Question

I saw this on here a while ago, but can't find the post. Does anyone have this system. It's looks pretty awesome and I have the OK from the wife to get it. Would like to hear if anyone has used it though.

Yep, I've watched the video and it looks pretty cool. Since I take kids and older people or by myself at times I was thinking it would save me a lot of headaches. Just wanted some input if someone has used it. I do remember Deitz saying he saw it in action and liking it.

I seen it in action at Sportsman Show. It seemed to good to be true. I figure it would wear out in a short period of time. Or it would get tangled up in future.

I posted in your post in the open water forum as I saw it first... The guy that owns the company lives here in the Chisago Lakes area. And I have seen him load his boat a few times. He let me at it a couple of times and it was pretty slick. If I had a roller trialer, I am pretty sure I would have the system on my trailer.

It works on a pully system, and I dont see how it would wear out? You may have to replace the ropes every couple of years maybe?... but even then I doubt it?
