Dr. Bob
Two years ago I took the rest of my bobbers out of my tackle box after trying the Ice Busters for the first time. Anyone who does any bobber fishing in the winter will know instantly this is the only way to go.Thanks for inventing these. They are one of the best things to hit the market in years!Dr. Bob------------------Crank the Shank!
Northlander
For those who may still be doubters. Everything being said is true, these are the best ice fishing bobbers made, no bull. The foam walkers are also great! Both are as simple as it gets and dont take up all that room in your tackle box. Only problem I ever had was 1 blew off my rod on the way to U.R.L. Steve S. we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Rick Posted November 29, 2002 Author we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Share Posted November 29, 2002 Also,if ice does build up on the foam bobber, all it takes is a quick flex/squeeze and it's ready to roll again. These also work great to jig with guys. Poutmaster
One plus about the ice buster I haven't seen mentioned yet is the ability to remove the bobber completely when letting your line back down and just clipping it back on when your bobber stop comes through the eyelet. This makes getting the lure back down to those fish in 30+ feet of water much easier and quicker.
Pig_sticka
i think u guys might have sold me atleast a field test on this so called bobber. i usually dont mind using regular slip bobbers though but after reading the novel u guys just wrote ill try em. ill probably be out at the show friday night so i can check everything out. ------------------Good luck sticking pigs this year! Reefdawg75
I like how you not only catch fish when the bobber goes down but also you can catch fish when the bobber comes up. When trimmed to the neutral position you can really see strikes when fish come up on the bait. I now keep slipknots on all of my ice rods. That way I can instantly throw on an Ice Buster Bobber for a quick change of presentation with out retying.

Twitter
pig sticka, Once you've tried them, you'll never use an old slip bobber again ! There's no better bobber for icefishing !
FishTracker
Looks like I'll be getting some of these Ice Buster bobbers at the Ice Fishing show tomorrow after work.
blkfrg
After you use them, you will probably keep the old ones in your kit just to look and and say " maynbe I'll use that one......Nahhh. I have a couple on hand to give out. Making more converts ya' know. How do you make a float rig into a jigging rod. Just take off the Ice Buster and you are there. Get them at the ice show. Usually the best price around for three days of the year.
Fish Toys
pig_stickaDon't borrow any of the Ice busters out to any of your friends to try or you'll have to buy more because they won't give them back! Guest
You can always cut the end off so they just barely sit above the water. This gives less resistance to the fish.

Pig_sticka
i have been completly won over. i got everyone i have fished with hooked on them, usually they all already have them. when i fish without a house and the holes start freezing up the bobber just keeps on slippin, amazing. it does help to even out the weight. when ur using larger bobbers, the fish always drop it if u stepped away for one second. when you can balance the bobber the fish dont even know it is there and just rip it down the hole n keep it down.Another 3 cents from pig sticka, which makes a couple thousand bucks by now on this site

Guest
I like em you dont need the beads & you can take emon & off without redoing your line and sometimes other bobbers just are not the correct size for what your using and theseyou simply trim to fit your needs REDRIDER

Pig_sticka
I went out and bought about 6-8 cheap multi pack of regular slip bobbers in the fall, so i would be set for ice fishing. i haven't used one yet because the ice buster bobbers are the only way to go. i figured it was all a bunch of hype, but it isn't. i still will never use another bobber ice fishing, nice product indeed.------------------Good Luck Stickin Dos PigZ! Poutmaster
I first bought my ice busters at the St. Paul ice fishing show 3 years ago. I watched the guy demonstrate and trim sizes and I knew he was onto something. My buddies claimed I had bought a gimmick and that I wasted my $5. Well, 3 years later when we are all out ice fishing together, I find it quite fun to remind them of the "gimmick" bobber they are all now using!!------------------Flag Up!
