We hit the water this past weekend, after some scouting of new water we marked a few spots to try. At our first spot I got a run just 40 minutes into the night, it was a 6-7lb Flatthead. Just a short time later my buddy got a run, and landed a similar size Flathead on Cutbait. Then the wait began......NOTHING for hours...we moved several times and still nothing...but our waiting payed off, on our way back to the ramp around 7:30am (Long night) my buddy suggested we fish a spot we had passed up earlier, and I am glad we did! This guy was lurking and waiting for a Bullhead to eat, he picked mine......

I'll second that guesstimate. Very nice fish Mate... makes the all nighters worth it when you can end on high note.

I'll third it as well. I think its a mid-twenties fish. Solid fish man! Length will be upper thirties probably (38-40")
