Wildflowers and Waterfowl

Here's a few from a long weekend, wish I could have the fishing rod in one hand and the camera in the other, but I am not capable of that.

Female Woody - no brood that I could see maybe she'll try again?

These mallards were cruisin the shoreline and looked like they were eating everything. Saw more larger broods of mallards that usual.

It may not be our state flower, but I'll take the iris too. The blue color really pops. Good floral shot.
