Livewell won't run on timer

The live wells run on manual but not on the timer on my 07 trophy -- any thoughts?

I hate to run the manual all the time and kill my pump.

Yep -- I did find out the hard way -- I lost some shiners and killed some 'Eyes a little early.

Does anyone know what is going on? What to try?

A blown fuse, pump, timer problem, wiring, anything might cause it to go wrong. Follow the wiring from the switch to the pump and see if there are any problems.

If you have a warranty, see if it'll cover it or call the dealership and see what they could do.

The timer on your livewell is a round cylinder block, approx 2.5" tall x 1" diameter just few inches from back of switch, it could be it's disconnected or bad.

Your switch also should have 2 positions, Continuous or Timer, be sure you switch to Timer.

Valv -- is it under my dash? Or back by the pump?

It's under the dash, connected with the bundles of wires from all the switches, right behind Livewell switch

I hate to ask - but what kind of boat do you own again? Sure seems like you've been having a lot of problems with it, given that it's fairly new...

Look at M.M picture, there is tape to keep wires from disconnecting, some never got taped and connector on top worked it's way out and disconnected the unit.
