Ummmm..... No. While catching a personal best is definitely an upgrade from your previous personal best, I still believe you can refer to it as catching your personal best.

Now, any language that infers you are going out this weekend to catch your personal best is not allowed, because thats just crazy talk. You cannot plan, anticipate, or predict the moment your personal best will eat a bullhead, it'll just happen when it happens. Its sort of like proclaiming the Vikings will win the Super Bowl next year, it just ain't going to happen.
