Guest
I was using an angel junior tonight and i gave my buddy a devil. What a mean combination together. The devil worked excellent for him. Caught 90% of his fish on the devil.
Scenic
Jig Stick,The Glow Devils are only available in "glow" for right now. By demand there will be gold and gold red ones out in the next couple weeks. Good to hear fish catching reports already. Talk about a way to give a guy fishing fever!!JeffScenic Tackle
Guest
Used the Glow Devil lure (1/4) on the weekend. I was happy with the result caught pike, cisco, whitefish and 1 nice walleye. The treble hook was small enough for the whitefish/cisco to bite on and easy to set. After dark the burbot really hit them. Very good combination of lure size, paint job and treble. About 10-12 inches of ice on the lakes here in central north Sask.

Guest
Now that we are starting to get ice, lets hear the reports. I am interested in hearing how eveyone is doing with the Glow Devils and what is your favorite color.I have been out twice for walleye so far. Each time I got 3 fish. I like to sight fish this time of year and I got 3 out or 4 fish the first time and 3:5 the second time out. Favorite color so far, all glow.I would be interested in hearing how others are doing? Guest
Scott,I was showing the boys the glow devil's & angel eye's I recently received from FM.Apparently the couldn't wait to try them, when I got home tonight half the spoons were missing & so were the boy's.I made a couple calls & they were last seen headed north with a few sheets of plywood tied to the top of the car.Oh well early Christmas presents I guess.I ordered 4 more cards tonight so I'll have enough to share with all the boy's.If you happen to see 3 boy's with some plywood & a clam Jr. send them back south I've got some work for them to finish up this week. Thanks Coldpole

Jim W
Hey Scott,I haven't read the "gazillion" posts on this thread. Jeff talked me into a card of the Glow Devils while working the booth Saturday.Actually I got the last 1/4 ouncers at the show, helped in my decision.QUestion for ya. For walleye, which do you prefer, the glow devils or Angel eyes???Honestly now!!!!Thanks man, I am hoping to try them out for the first time Saturday!Jim W
Eyewitness
LOW this past weekend I tried out my new Devils. Blue/white took two over 6#'s, and one 5-3/4 by my partner. Perch color took one about 4#. They worked great and will now be part of my regular arsenal. I give em' the thumbs up!
Guest
I use the Glow Devils almost all the time. They fish fast, and that is how I prefer to fish. I am constantly moving from hole to hole. So, with that said, I use the glow devils 90% of the time.I grab my Angel Eye when I locate fish and they won't take the Glow Devil (doesn't happen often) Sometimes that slow flutter of the Angel Eye is just enough to trigger a bite. The two hottest for me have been the All Glow and the Red Glow. Infact, I just got off the ice and the All Glow was the ticket again! Scott Steil

chiroeye
I heard someone comment on the usage of a glow devil underneath an ice buster bobber. Is this an effective method for walleyes, a jigging spoon under a bobber? Also, would you tip this with a minnow head for added attraction? Could this be a possible method using the angel eyes as well? By the way, just wanted to say thanks for all the great products this site has, in the past month I have ordered a aurora tec headlamp, angel eyes, glow devils, and the ice fishing bag, cant wait to try all of them out as soon as I get time, thanks guys! Guest
I you have ordered those 4 things, you have 4 GREAT itmes. As far fishing the Glow Devil below a bobber. It would work just fine. Because it falls fast the majority of the bites come when the lure is hanging neutral. A slip bobber would keep it in the strike zone all the time while you aren't jigging. I usually use the head of a minnow or a full crappie minnow. I let the fish determine what is best. When a fish hits the glow devil I don't set hook right away, I actually fish it similar to a jig and let them take it for a couple seconds. They have been really hot this year!! I fished the Angel Eye Jrs below a bobber last year on Red Lake for crappies and it worked real good too. Same concept as mentioned above. Crappieman
Well I got to use these on Saturday and they worked great. I walked out and went by some people that had been out all day without a bite, but the first time down the hole with the perch color I got a 4lb pike. I fished for an hour and caught a nice 17 inch walleye, which are hard to catch during the winter on my lake and a nice size crappie, all on the same perch color jig while others were not getting anything. I cannot wait to use this on Mille lacs. I have to say every thing I have got from Rick has worked great. They know what they are talking about

sorenson
How do the glow devils work? FANTASTIC!I tried them for the first time out here in Utah yesterday. I was using them as an attractor initially for kokanee salmon, with a wax worm-tipped tear drop below it. It didn't take long to notice that I was getting as many fish on the glow devil (red) as I was on the waxie! I ended up just taking the dropper off and fishing with a bare glow devil. I set my partner up similarly (pink and white for him) and we managed to pull about 40 kokanee up through the holes in about an hour and a half. It was my first trip on the ice out here this year. Dano2
Just wondering what the proper way to jig with these is?I am new to ice fishing and need advice on jigging,I haven't caught a thing , out 3 times this year for eyes, but I think they are pretty slow were I go because others aren't doing too well either.Just need some details on the proper way to set my rig and how to jig,I am not sure if I'm over doing it, or just not right.thanks
