Guest
Wow, just got my cards of Glow Devils today! Didn't realize that they came with blood red hooks which brings up a great question. When fishing perch on Mille Lacs and Big Spirit Lake, IA over mud I have found bellies full out what I have heard called blood worms. They are 3/4" long at best and thin as a pencil lead so what I want to know is has anyone used the glow devils in situations like this with out baiting? Guest
Unbeleivable service! I ordered on a tuesday night, and they were on my doorstep thursday. If you keep things comin that quick it will really encourage internet sales. And nows the best time to buy. you can't exactly use any ice equip right now. The glow devils are sweet little units, and going to be my main arsenal on mille lacs. I used similar lures before, but now I switched to the glow devils. Might as well help out and keep the site free. (notice I don't have the title of "field staff" under my handle)
we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Rick Posted November 12, 2002 we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Share Posted November 12, 2002 That's a good point Bigguns3,many items have introductory pricing. Best bet is to get them before they have to go off sale.Introductory pricing is meant to get them out there for more people to use and tell their friends about how well they work. Can't keep them that low priced for long.
Guest
and i'm sure I'll have nothing but good things to say about the angels and devils I purchased. And just exactly how long does the "indroductory pricing" last? Whats it going to change to?
Fish On! Guide Service
Rick,Whats retail on a card of these? I'm one of those guys who likes to pinch pennies and throw dollar bills out the door, lol.Fish On!Stephen
we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Rick Posted November 13, 2002 we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Share Posted November 13, 2002 I believe they're $2.09 each which would be $23 for the Glow Devil Card retail. They stay priced right here at $16.99 to $17.49Anyone else receive their Glow Devils? What do you think?. CNY Tim
I can't wait to get these spoons wet. Here in NY I will be using them in shallow stained water and clear water lakes and don't be afraid to use these on slob crappies in clear water as well. Fishing 9' of water with a blue/nickle 1/8 oz. thumper I caught some of my bigger crappies all of these fish were over 13" and the biggest was 15 1/4". You ever get a crappie stuck in a 5" hole? I have... Rumours of crappies as big as 17" now are in this reservoir impoundment. As far as the perch go, green/glow with green hook, fire tiger perch/glow pattern with red hook and green/bronze green hook all, 1/8 oz. have been the most effective for me in clear. And with the stained water everything glow has worked especially chartreuse glow. The devils will get whacked so get em while you can!
hardhat
You made me do it with the introductory price ending today. I ordered some Angel Eyes last month and can't wait to see the Glow Devils. I hope these are the hot ticket this year here in PA. I didn't see anybody using these last year or hear of anyone talking about these lures. If these lures produce the way everyone is talking about I will definetly pass on the business to you. Thanks again.
red bricks
I'll tell everyone, these lures are awesome. Take my word on it, believe everything ScottS is telling you. I've seen it with my own eyes. He flat out catches fish with them.He was the IceLeaders Champion last year and there were some very good ice fishermen out there competing against him. His hot ticket-the Glow Devil (he didn't call it that though)I saw him with his NEW SECRET lure last year and by gosh he talks Scenic Tackle into making them this year. ScottS you didn't tell me it was called the Glow Devil. Anyway ScottS, now your edge is gone Mister!!!!
Guest
It wasn't called the Glow Devil last year. It was called the "Perch Jigger". I was calling it the "perch jigger" because of the perch pattern on the one side of the original. However, do to the fact that people thought the perch jigger was only for Perch, Scenic Tackle renamed it the "Glow Devil Jigging Spoon" and added several other patterns and colors. It is an unbelievable walleye spoon! With this weather soon everyone will get the chance to try out their Glow Devil Spoons.Ok Red Bricks, obviously I fished with you last year. You should let me know who is behind the name Red Bricks. Scott Steil

stoneeyes317
I am interested in getting a hold of a few of these spoons, but I would like to know if I NEED a card of each size, or if I will be OK with just the smaller spoons. I mainly fish for panfish, but I am interested in putting in more time attempting to catch walleyes this winter. Thanks for the info...eyes317
