I've read to spray some penetrating oil (PB Blaster, Kroil) and let it sit for a while. WJJeeps and JeepsUnlimited are priceless resources for us Jeep owners.

Some rotors have two threaded holes in the flange area that you thread bolts into to pop them loose. I don't believe that the Jeep will have them but its worth a look.

Otherwise, the BFH is your best bet! I've only run into a few in my career that had to literally be destroyed to get them off. I live near Bunker and Hanson if you need a hand!

I have had this issue as well. It took a while, but heating and pounding simultaneously near the bolts was the ticket. You know your close when you start to see clouds of rust around the bolts themselves. They will come...take your time and don't destroy the rotors if they are able to be ground for another round...
