Spent the weekend with one of my sons on his first successful turkey hunt. He ended up passing on 12 jakes before he could wait no longer and put a great shot on the 13th one. What a great hunt.

Congrats Tim, were you hunting down at the Strawberry farm again this year? Second year in a row I didn't get pulled.

No, actually hunting at our cabin near Fergus. 4 of us applied up there and just the one son got drawn. My brothers were down at the farm this year though with one permit and got there bird on the second morning. Not as many birds this year down there...dawg gawn yotes
