I already have an FL8 and a H20 on my boat. I would love a temp sensor also but, there's no way I could give up either one for a new LCD with temp built in. Is there any stand alone temp sensor/barometer available?

I am sure if you do some searching that you will find a tem gauge.. however, I doubt you will find a temp/baro to mount to your boat.. I have had a few different air temp/baro things that you clip to your shorts.. but never a water temp.
