MuskieJunkie
I am shopping for a new (new to me, acutally used) rig and would appreciate the help. Does anyone know the overall length (tongue to prop) of a Crestliner 1850 rig? Also anyone know how much the swing tongue typically saves you in length. Thanks guys. Duffman
Swing tongue will save ya about 2'. I stored my boat in friends garage over the winter, with the swing tongue I had 3 inches to spare. Without knowing the kind of trailer or motor type on the boat, it's going to be hard to get an accurate length. A little more info might help you get some answers from the masses. Dusty
Mine fits in a 24' garage with one to two feet to spare. That is not a swing tongue. So I would say 22 to 23 ft.
Valv
It all depends on trailer, but yes, a rig like yours should be approx 22ft long overall.
MuskieJunkie
That helps, thanks guys. My garage is 21' on the inside so it sounds like I need that swing tongue or it won't fit.
