Sta-Bil and Ring Free

anchor man

Question

I am correct in saying that both of these can be used at the same time right? Also, do you think two seasons on a brand new 4stroke Yam. F150 would warrant that I do the "shock treatment" mentioned on the bottle of Ring Free, or would the "constant treatment" be good enough for a new motor with only a couple seasons on it?

Thanks

It won't hurt your motor if you do the shock treatment. But how much have your really run it have you put alot of hours on the motor. If so then yes do the shock treatment if it is typical weekend running around then you would probably be fine with the constant treatment. Use the constant treatment on every tank fill for ring free after you began using it. It is usually only a 1 or 2 cap fulls depending on your fuel tank size. Yes you can used them together because they each do different things.
