Was looking at wally world for a bunch of rigging hooks and I saw what appeared to be a traingular shaped hook? what is this for?? I guessed it was for crawler harnesses much like a bass fisherman texas rigs a plastic?? Im not much of a rigging guy If you can tell..

Sounds like some sort of modification to circle hook. I guarantee that if you ask around in the Bass forum you'll get an answer a lot quicker.

Could possibly be a Kahle, which looks like what the circle hook was modeled after.

PS-or a pike hook, that looks like one of those triangular things that hang on the porch of a ranch that they ring for dinner.

you are probably referring to matzou sickle hooks

i know wallymarts up here carry them

i actually like their 6/0 hooks for cats up here on the red

and also their jigs with the sickle hooks are not bad either
