How many times?

Recommended Posts

How many times have you guys got the email about the"monster pike" caught on Rainy Lake along with the picture of the larger pike eating the smaller pike?

I think I set a personal record last week, 23 times that picture was in my inbox. I have seen some farse emails that won't go away but this one is stuck in forward mode.confused.gif

I've received it a few times, but I am not in any really big fishing circles where it continually gets passed around.

Did you want me to forward it to you? Go for a record? grin.gif

I got so sick of seeing that kind of stuff that I added "FW" to my filter list. Now, any email that has FW (which means forward) in the title, it goes directly to the trash.

I have yet to see a forwarded email that had any value.

lol great point Jon...I have brought this up before, not sure if this was a joke but whoever may have started this prank picture chain with the Holland pike has to laugh every time he sees what he accomplished, I have never seen anything like it...Surely you have seen the albino moose pics, thats next! They are falsely reported to be from either MI or WI, I am seeing these everywhere on multiple sites

Yes we just had another person ask about that on the Rainy forum. He thought both those pics were of the same fish. Hopefully it will be wearing off here pretty quick, keep your fingers crossed smirk.gif
