Twin 125's

I've been wondering this for years. Why in the world, if the Twin 125's are run on a weekday, are they not run in the evening?

Great point. My best guess would be to give the people that have been there for almost two weeks a little something to do.

150...hmm old habits are hard to break or I'm getting old. Anyway, the fact remains this should be televised in prime time. Much more intersting then watching qualifying last Sunday.

Since owner points have become so valuable the 150's don't really mean much except for 4 or 5 drivers. For most TV viewers other than diehard fans its really not that important

Totally understand they are pretty much meaningless. I am just jonesing afer the winter layoff... and racing is racing.

They will be broadcast twice tomorrow, once live and once tape delayed in the evening for that that are vcr-handicaped.

The track wasn't lighted until recently and it can get pretty cool at night. I think it was in 2000 when we got to the track it was 33 degrees. The trailer were selling sweatshirts and coats like it was a blue light special. We stay in Orlando and drive up in the morning. It was 68 that morning in Orlando. With the shootout running at night it might not be long before the 150's are there also.
